Checkatrade Left Us High and Dry!

We were completely reliant on Checkatrade to find us a competent expert for our home improvement. We signed up and listed our requirements, but unfortunately, we were left in the lurch.

Checkatrade's response/customer service/support has been dismissive/useless/unhelpful, leaving us feeling frustrated/angry/betrayed.

It's clear to us that Checkatrade puts the emphasis on their own profits over the well-being/satisfaction/rights of customers. We demand/request/urge fair compensation/justice/accountability for this injustice/wrongdoing/terrible experience.

Think twice before you fall for Checkatrade. Their whole setup is designed to rip you off. They promise the world but they a load of rubbish. You'll be left screwed and nobody at Checkatrade will bat an eyelid.

It all starts with their sneaky costs, which they hide in the legalese. Then, there's the terrible support that's about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. You can try to raise an issue, but it's like talking to a wall.

We thought we were doing the right move by using Checkatrade to find a reputable plumber/electrician/contractor. After all, they seemed so reliable with their qualified traders. Boy, were we wrong! Our experience was nothing short of a disaster.

Then, the communication from the "qualified" trader was lackluster/awful/terrible. He was unprofessional/rude/disrespectful and provided a quote that was outrageous/ridiculous/way too high. We tried to discuss the issues, but he was adamant/unwilling/stubborn to compromise/negotiate/change.

In the end, we ended up getting ripped off by this so-called "vetted" trader. Checkatrade's helpline was equally check here useless/incompetent/unhelpful. They offered us a pathetic excuse/blamed the trader/did nothing.

We're left feeling angry and would definitely not recommend Checkatrade for your tradesman needs.

They Paid, But Never Saw the Project: Checkatrade Disaster.

My rundown with Checkatrade became a total disaster. I booked a trader through their website to handle some vital home repairs. They looked reliable at first, but it resulted in a horrendous ordeal.

Despite I transferred the full amount upfront, the work completely vanished into thin air. Getting a response dried up. It's been months, and I'm still left with a gaping hole where my sense of security once was.

The platform itself has been beyond frustrating throughout this whole process. They provided empty promises. It feels like I've been robbed.
